Most jewelry shops do not accept costume jewelry for repair. This is because it would usually cost more to repair the item than to buy a new one.
If the damage is tolerable and you can fix it, then do it yourself. It can be soldered or you can use epoxy if you know how to fix it. However, you can just buy a new one if ever the item can't be fixed.
