First, ensure that you use at least 6 quarts of water to cook your pasta, use a larger pot, and stir more often. In addition, be sure the water is boiling before you put in the pasta. Be careful not to overcook the pasta, and when it is cooked, drain it and then rinse it with cold water to prevent the hot noodles from sticking together.
Also, put a small amount of salt in the water instead of oil. Pasta that is cooked with oil does not absorb the sauce well, which tends to make it taste flavorless.
