Many people do not realize it, but sleep is very important in bodybuilding. This is because bodybuilding causes injury to muscles, such as torn muscles, sore muscles, pulled muscles, and others. Since sleeping produces a lot of growth hormones in your body, it helps your muscles heal faster and helps you recover faster from muscle injuries.
