You can join a fine art contest where they evaluate the quality of your paintings. Mostly, malls and entertainment centers are where these contests are conducted. They will display your art in their gallery and will let the viewers rate it.
There are also centers that rate the quality of your work. You will have to pay them to evaluate your work.
