If you are a beginner body builder, there are certain things you need to remember in order to help you stay motivated in your objective of having a leaner, stronger body. You need to have the four D's:
- Domination;
- Dedication;
- Determination;
- Drive.
Another thing is to keep a decent diet. Improving it daily will give you the results you want, as well as keeping you motivated and confident that if you continue your workout routine, you can achieve and maintain the kind of body you want to have.
Furthermore, it is a not matter of how you look right now. What matters most is what you want to look like after a specific time frame and what you want to do in order to achieve that objective.
