You can bring out the look of your muscles through muscle toning exercises. These will help your muscles come to their proper tone and the underlying tissues, which are the fat, fascia, and skin, will begin to return back to its original shape. Muscle loses its tone in two ways: first, it can become loose, which causes muscles to sag and droop, and second, it can become too tight, which make them look rigid or contorted.
