There are several materials that sculptures are made from. Ice is one of these. Outdoors, ice sculptures are usually placed in area where the temperature is below freezing. They are also found in entertainment centers or posh parties and luxury restaurants.
Another material used for sculpture is stone or marble. It requires great expertise to sculpt these materials. The sculpture is made using different tools made of steel, since stone and marble are so solid and hard.
Wax is also a sculpture material. It is usually melted and molded into a desired shape. To perfect the image, the sculptors carefully carve away the excess details to perfect the desired image.
