Oftentimes people tend to disregard the tidiness of their pillows. They get fond of washing the pillow cases weekly but not the pillow itself. It's a good idea to wash your bed pillows because you don't usually know when they are loaded with dust mites. However, if the pillow starts to bunch up or get hard when you wash it, it's probably time to replace it.
