There is no specific objective bodies that are assigned to report on charities, though there are organizations that are inclined to do it without a mandate from the government. One of these is the United Nations, which is expected to receive reports from different international charity arms.
There are also entities that are composed of different charitable organizations around the world, one of which is Global Impact. It is formed to extend help to the international community, especially those countries who need financial assistance. They also release reports on every charitable activity they conduct in different parts of the world.
