You can go to the nearest office of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to seek help regarding your income tax declarations. There you will learn about tax exemptions and the latest rules and regulations regarding individual income tax.
Many public libraries also offer free tax help between January and April. Check with your local library to see if they offer this service or can refer you to another library that does.
