Keep in mind that an employee of the IRS cannot enter your home without an invitation from you or another rightful occupant. The IRS can only enter your home if they have a court order. If you do not agree with the audit report, you do not have to accept it. You can appeal by sending a letter of protest to the IRS within 30 days of receiving the report.
