There is no known evidence that caffeine affects the condition of fibromyalgia. Since caffeine is a stimulant and a vasodilator, it may affect the sleeping pattern of a patient. It may be better to avoid it since a proper sleeping pattern is necessary for the treatment of fibromyalgia.
