Yes. The diseases that can attack your hydroponic plants will depend on the type of plants you are growing and their environment. The common causes of plant disease fall into three categories:
1) fungus, 2) bacteria, and 3) viruses.
Typical signs of plant disease are spotting, swelling on its stems and leaves, death of foliage and flowers, and discoloration of bark and stems.
