Several factors make the Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas is unique. First, it has skylights and windows which temper the light so that patrons can appreciate the beauty of the Bahamas. Secondly, it has some original glass sculptures on display. Thirdly, it offers both an indoor and an outdoor waterpark. And the most glitzy reason is that, at least for the moment, it offers the most expensive hotel room in the world -- the Bridge Suite, which rents for somewhere around $25,000 a night.
