Most backpacks are repaired under warranty, so you do not pay for it. If manufacturing defects such as seams, zippers or suspension flaws are discovered after the purchase, then the repair will be free of charge. But if it is a damaged by the user, you will have to pay for the repair. If you return it to the manufacturer for repair, it will usually be less expensive.
