The easiest way to paint a ceiling is by using an extension handle attached to a paint roller. This permits you to stand on the floor while you are painting.
If necessary, you may use a step ladder, although it may slow your progress. You start at one corner of the room and paint towards the narrowest section of the room. Paint back and forth until you are satisfied with the paint job.
