Predictive dialers are systems that are highly automated that serve to increase the number of outbound calls made. With predictive dialers, call center agents tend to be more effective and productive in their job.
Predictive dialers are used to sort out calls that have busy signals, are taken by an answering machine, and go unanswered. This is what many outbound call centers use to be assured that time and resources are not wasted.
