Having multiple locations for call centers is not that important if you are certain that one or two locations is enough to meet the demands of the services that you are providing. Oftentimes, having various call centers spread out in different locations can lead to complications and problems that you may not have anticipated.
You should also take into account the important factors that every call center should have. These are quality, speed, and cost. Once all these are effective in a certain location, there is seldom a need to start more call centers in other places.
