If the mirror tiles are adhered to the ceiling, you can try several techniques to remove them. You may try slipping a piano wire behind the tiles and moving it like you are sawing back and forth on the adhesive. You may also pull off the tiles by employing a special suction-cup device. However, some of your ceiling coatings may come off, as well. You can repair this by skim coating with joint compound.
Keep in mind that there are dangers involved in removing mirror tiles from the ceiling: the glass has a high chance of falling and shattering into pieces. So it is advised that you hire a professional from a glass company to do the work instead of doing it yourself.
