What can I do to prevent accidental burns and electrocutions?

For accidental burns, your child should not be exposed to activities that involve heat. If ever they want to do something like cooking, be sure that you are always there to supervise them. Remind them constantly about the do's and don'ts, particularly inside the kitchen.
As for preventing electrocution, do regular checks on all the wires and outlets in your home. Also, make sure that wiring is properly insulated.
