You can keep your rugs from slipping by using a rubber rug mat placed under the rug. There is also non-slip matting you can attach to the bottom of your rug. Some matting you will have to glue onto the back of your rug, while others are self-adhesive.
If you don't want to purchase non-slip matting, you can either draw squiggles with your glue gun on the back of your rug, or you can use bathtub caulking to do the same thing.
