The high price of bamboo flooring may be blamed on how it is made. The process that bamboo passes through is intensive. It has to be cut in rectangles and pass through a shaper. It must also be kiln-dried, in order for it not to shrink over time. A bamboo tile is also laminated with a special glue that helps protect it from damage.
