The prices of binoculars are company dependent. This means that the prices are set by the company who makes them. In many cases, when there is a new edition of binoculars, its price is higher and then goes down gradually over time.
The lenses are the primary factor why binoculars differ in price. A lens with higher magnification and resolution powers costs more than those with lower ones.
