When your eyeglasses are an aide to help you see clearer, you need not remove them. However, if you notice any inconvenience in seeing while using your eyeglasses with binoculars, it is better to remove them to prevent eye strain.
In addition, there are eyeglass lenses that can damage the lenses of the binoculars. These eyeglass lenses make your vision blur when used with a higher magnification power lenses.
