Fitness training is a program that is designed for achieving optimum health by means of a series of regular exercise routines. In addition, it helps reduce the risk of disease by making the immune system of the body strong enough to fight harmful elements. It also aids in the proper circulation of the blood that supplies nutrients to every cell of your body.
Fitness training is based on four elements of a well-rounded routine, including:
1. Aerobic exercise, which increases the body’s ability to use oxygen. It makes the heart, lungs, and blood vessels efficiently transport large amounts of oxygen throughout the body.
2. Muscular exercise, which increases the strength and endurance of the muscles.
3. Flexibility exercise, which is a body’s ability to move joints through their full range of motion.
4. Stability and balance exercise, which is associated with the body’s core muscle strength. These muscles are found in the lower back, pelvis, hips, and abdomen, and serve as the support system of the entire body.
