You will be asked to fill our a medical history form. Afterwards, the therapist will ask you a series of questions to assess the areas where the therapy should concentrate.
The therapist will recommend the best massage treatment for you and will probably do some initial testing to evaluate your present condition. Then the therapist will start the massage.
If you have a deep tissue cleansing massage, you may feel some soreness for a day or two after your first massage, but it will pass and leave you feeling better than ever.
