Aerobic exercise can be good by itself; however, if combined with strength training, the workout can be even more effective. Aerobic exercise can reduce the calories, fats, and give you more energy.
Strength training is done primarily to increase your endurance and muscle strength. If aerobic exercise and strength training are combined, it is possible to gain and maintain a healthy body full of strength and vitality.
