There is absolutely no difference between a night and a morning workout. You can burn calories and tone your muscles any time of the night or day. However, some people prefer a specific time because of their schedule.
Some people also choose to work out in the middle of the day. Being out as early as possible in the morning is not necessarily the best time to exercise. As long as the person is fit and healthy, the time of the workout is not important.
