Reflexology and massage therapy are closely related. They only vary in a very limited sense. Reflexology deals with the techniques of using pressure points to help heal the body. The primary concerns are the major reflexes of the human body such as in the feet and the hands as they are interrelated to the different organs of the body. On the other hand, massage therapy uses touch therapy that manipulates the soft tissue of the body in order to revitalize it.
