People with medical conditions can still do strength training. However, a doctor’s advice is a strongly recommended. In fact, everyone should consult a doctor before starting an intensive workout like strength training. A doctor can tell you about the different specifications, goals and recommendations for people with your particular medical condition.
It is actually preferable for people with a medical condition to exercise properly. Studies have shown that recovery is faster if a medical patient is working out.
