Strength training is not advised for older people. They do better with low intensity exercises. Older people (40 to 60) still need exercise to improve health. This is because physical activities are good for your heart, confidence, and mood.
People who exercise and live to an advanced age (80 to 90) are more independent compared to aged people who do not exercise. Aged people who work out are more active because they are more energetic and full of vitality.
