Yes and no. Generally, you may homeschool without having a high school diploma. However, some states view a high school diploma as necessary when you want to home school your child. It is actually one requirement that some states will ask from you. Most states do not have this requirement, but you should check with with your state to find out what their requirements are. Then you should check with your local school district to find out if there are any further requirements.
