Different types of exercises are recommended depending on the age group. For the first month of training exercises, proportional increases from the initial capacity are recommended. Then strength increases over the next months as the person's capacity increases.
The first month is for tuning up the muscles and other body parts. The succeeding months are for working on the new muscles that grow.
