Aerobic exercises can be a good exercise for almost everyone, as they work out not only your whole body but the aerobic parts of your body as well. Aerobic parts are the blood vessels, lungs and heart. Aside from that, aerobic exercise can also boost energy.
However, aerobic exercises are not recommended for people with a decreased amount of fats in the body. Aerobic exercises can decrease the amount of fats in the body. If a person with fat deficiency does aerobic exercise, he or she will deplete even more fats, leading to malnutrition.
