HOPE stands for Help Outstanding Pupils Educationally. It is based in Georgia and is a unique educational program that rewards students with financial assistance so that they can graduate from college. It can be given to any student from Georgia, whether it is to be used in private or public colleges and universities.
It began operation in 1993 and more than 3 billion dollars have been awarded to more than 900,000 students in Georgia’s schools, colleges, universities and technical colleges. Since 1993, HOPE has been operating continuously, helping students who are in great need of financial assistance.
