Trade shows can be a big expense. One of your bigger expenses is the hundreds of promotional products you will hand out at the trade show. One of the ways you can cut down on promotional handouts is to team up with other companies. You can share the costs of both the booths as well as your promotional items.
However you choose to handle promotional products, it's a shared effort. Visitors to your booth will get twice the value and remember your booth. Before you attend your next trade show, it could be advantageous to you to ask one of your suppliers or a complementary company if they would like to share costs with you. It reduces your cost and gives the other company additional exposure. You both benefit!
