In order to sell your timeshare, first you must be realistic about how much your timeshare is worth in the resale market. Timeshares on the resale market generally cost 40% to 60% off the original developer price.
It is also important that you list it as low as you are willing to go. By doing that, you will attract more potential buyers and some offers will be higher than your asking price.
