Getting a contractor to do your roof needs a little certainty and a guarantee. You can ask the following questions of the contractor to erase doubts regarding his services:
* Ask about their standing in their field of expertise. This will give you a hint whether they are really offering quality service to their clients.
* Ask about their operation. This includes whether they have necessary permits and licenses to operate such a business, and if they carry insurance in case of accidents that might occur during construction.
* Lastly, ask about the actual roofing construction and their post-construction service and warranty. Inquire if they can explain to you in layman’s term how will they construct your roof, what materials they will use, and what services and warranties they offer in case of leakage or damage occurs within a certain period of time after construction.
