If you want cheaper calls, free long distance and additional features for absolutely no additional cost, then VoIP is certainly worth your investment. The only is problem is, VoIP today is not that reliable. It requires power from your household electrical service. This means that if the power goes out, your VoIP phone goes out as well. It also requires a fast and reliable internet connection.
