Electron microscopes are microscopes that use electrons rather than visible light to produce images. Electron microscopes can magnify very small detail with high resolving power.
The electron microscope was invented by a German physicist named Ernst Ruska. Since Ruska introduced his invention to the world, the electron microscopes have evolved into a very advanced microscope and have become a vital tool in the medical world today.
