If you are notified by the company that you have lost your annuity policy, immediately report to their office and find out the cause of your loss. Talk with the officials concerned on how to reactivate the policy, and discuss their regulations as well.
There are annuity companies that do change their regulations without notifying their clients, resulting in some policy losses. It is important that every time you have problems with your purchased annuities, especially in the event of your policy loss, you pay your annuity company a visit and let them help you fix the problem.
