Graphics are one of the biggest expenses of exhibiting. Therefore, it is advisable to cut costs on graphics whenever you can. Here are some ways to cut costs on your exhibit graphics:
Use as few as possible.
Use standard colors and standard typefaces.
Use a large general image for multiple-division companies and then target specific markets with inexpensive strip graphics and auxiliary photos.
If you have copy that changes frequently, use removable vinyl because it can be easily changed.
Work directly with a company that actually produces the graphics, rather than going through a middle-man.
Add copy to photographs in black and white instead of color.
Provide your vendor with clean art or a compatible disk.
Order everything as early as possible.
Don’t change your mind after submitting your order.
