Paralegals, as all we know, are persons with specialized training who assist crime-investigating agents and lawyers in determining probable cause of a certain case, usually a crime-related case. There are schools and universities offering degrees and certifications like the following:
- Criminal Law Advanced Program. Topics related to criminal law such as penal codes and criminal subsidiaries are some things that this certification offers. You will be taught of some provisions of criminal law to help you determine the classification of the case you and the prosecutor are handling.
- Advanced Paralegal Certification Program. This certification requires skill in autopsy, paralegal laws, and other criminal-related knowledge. Once you have passed this program, you can now handle heavy cases such as serial murder or massacre, which require great effort to solve.
