There is no specific diet for an arthritis patient. Even though there is no study that supports the effect of diet on the symptoms of arthritis, doctors often advise the patient to eat healthy.
Eating healthy will help a patient recover from the damage of the arthritis. Having a healthy diet will also lessen the other factors that affect the symptoms, such as fatigue, overweight, and weak joints. A healthy diet is always beneficial to the patient.
