Does cracking your knuckles really cause arthritis?

Odd to say, there is no medical justification for this vital subject. Most of the scientific research cannot determine what happens when the knuckles crack. In other words, no one has been able to prove that cracking the knuckles can cause arthritis.
One thing for sure is that cracking the knuckles can often put back ligaments that have lost their connections. Joints are meeting points of two separate bones and cracking knuckles helps the bones to bend.
